Provision of Information: The client must provide all necessary business information, contact details, and relevant photos for the design and marketing process.
This information is crucial for ensuring that the services provided are tailored to meet the specific needs and preferences of the client.
Payment Terms: Before any services can commence, the client must make an advance payment via Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT).
This payment serves as a confirmation of the client's commitment and enables Webmaroela to allocate the necessary resources to their project.
Monthly Payment: Monthly services must be paid on or before the 4th of each month.
Once-Off Payment: The full package must be paid before the design can start.
Confidentiality: All information provided by the client will be treated with the utmost confidentiality and will only be used to deliver the agreed-upon services.
Service Commencement: Upon receipt of the advance payment and all required information, Webmaroela will begin the design and marketing services as outlined in the agreed proposal or contract.
Adjustments: Any revisions or adjustments to the provided services will be subject to the terms agreed upon during the initial consultation.
The client agrees to respond promptly to any queries or requests for additional information.
Liability: Webmaroela aims to deliver high-quality services but cannot be held liable for any indirect or consequential losses resulting from the use of its services.
Agreement: By utilizing Webmaroela’s website design and marketing services, the client agrees to adhere to these terms and conditions. This ensures a smooth and productive collaboration, leading to the successful delivery of the project
