Payment Terms: Before any services can commence, the client must make an advance payment via Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT).
This payment serves as a confirmation of the client's commitment and enables Webmaroela to allocate the necessary resources to their project.
To ensure a smooth and uninterrupted continuation of our monthly website packages and marketing services and website management for our valued clients, payments must be made on or before the 4th of each month. This policy helps us maintain the quality and timeliness of our services, enabling us to deliver optimal results for your business needs. Please ensure that payments are processed promptly to avoid any disruptions. We appreciate your cooperation and continued partnership. If you have any questions or require assistance with the payment process, do not hesitate to reach out to our support team.
When client do not pay on or before the 4th of each month, no services will be rendered until the client pay for service. We all have sometimes difficulties to pay, please let us know!
Once-Off Payment: The full package must be paid before the design can start.
Confidentiality: All information provided by the client will be treated with the utmost confidentiality and will only be used to deliver the agreed-upon services.
Service Commencement: Upon receipt of the advance payment and all required information, Webmaroela will begin the design and marketing services as outlined in the agreed proposal or contract.
The client can stay with Webmaroela untill the client decide to terminate services.
The client agrees to respond promptly to any queries or requests for additional information.
Liability: Webmaroela aims to deliver high-quality services but cannot be held liable for any indirect or consequential losses resulting from the use of its services. Sickness behind their control.
Agreement: By utilizing Webmaroela’s website design and marketing services, the client agrees to adhere to these terms and conditions. This ensures a smooth and productive collaboration, leading to the successful delivery of the project
